GENERAL

💳 What are the payment options?
Payment is possible when you check-in.
In Flowers apartments, you can pay in 2 ways (cash and card).
Apartments & Rooms Flowers accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or changes must be made via email or phone.
If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
🐶 Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the apartments because of potential damage to carpets and furnishings and potential complaints from other residents.
🚌 Ways to get around the city?

Public transport – trams and buses

An easy way to explore and get around the city is public transport. Trams and buses are useful as they are frequent and cover large areas of the city.

You can buy the tickets from the bus or tram driver or you can purchase them on any kiosk. You can buy 1 ticket and it lasts 30 minutes and it costs 4 HRK or 0.54 EUR.

While easy and cheap, it helps to familiarize yourself with the maps, routes and pricing system before heading out. 

🅿️ What are the Parking options?

The apartment doesn’t have a private garage but public parking in front of the building is possible and costs EUR 15 per 24 hours. 

Our recommendation is an underground public garage located on Petrinjska 59 and it costs 7 EUR per 24 hours

🛏️ Are towels and sheets included?

We provide every room and apartment with sheets and towels.

If you are staying longer than two days expect the arrival of our cleaning staff in order to replace fresh bedding and towels between 11:00 – 14:00.

We can also provide you with extra towels and sheets if needed.

👶 Baby cot / kinderbet?

Children are welcome. We can provide you a baby cot (kinderbet) if needed just contact us before our arrival and it is FREE of charge.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

What is the Check-in time and procedure?

Our reception works from 08 – 20 and the regular checkin time is from 14-20.

The main reception is located on Pavla Hatza 15 from there we organize the check-in procedure. It is quick and effective.

Upon arriving at our office you will receive the keys to your apartment, and someone will accompany you to the apartment.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact with us.

Late Check-in options?

Our reception works from 08 – 20 and the regular checkin time is from 14-20.

In case of arriving after 22:00 there is an extra charge of 10€
After 23:00 extra charge is 15€
and after 24:00 extra charge is 20€

In some specific cases, there are also other ways of organizing late check-in

💶 Local Currency and ATM?

The local currency in Croatia is Kuna – HRK.

There are a lot ATM’s in the city, and on each of them you can pick up Kuna’s with the commission displayed.

💱 Currency exchange office?

We recommend the currency exchange office called Mjenjačnica Fran Kruna. It is located on Ulica Pavla Hatza 25 and it is nearby our apartments.

🚘 Rent a car options?

We don’t provide this service but luckily we are located in the center of Zagreb so there is a lot of rent a car options nearby:

  • Nova Rent a Car (Sheraton Hotel)

Room service / cleaning?

We offer regular cleaning service for all our guests that stay longer than two days. Which means expect the arrival of our cleaning staff in order to replace fresh bedding and towels between 11:00 – 14:00.
We take the right to charge any additional cleaning requested by your side.

Do we provide ironing facilities?

We can provide you with an iron and ironing board – just contact the reception. This service is FREE of charge.

📶 Wi-fi connection?

Since we offer FREE Wi-Fi service you are free to connect to our network using the password: flowers1

On all our locations network name is different on but it is easy to notice that it is connected to “Flowers” and the password is always the same.
If you have trouble connecting, feel free to get in touch with us and we will be glad to help.

AFTER YOUR STAY

What is the Check-out time and procedure?

Check-out starts from 08:00 and it is organized maximum till 11:00.

There is no check-out procedure if you have picked up your documents and solved everything with the payment.

You have the option to leave the key inside the room and freely exit since most of the doors close automatically.

Late Check-out options?

Regular check-out is till 11:00 and this is the standard rule.

In some cases, we organize check-out until 12:30 free of charge.

You could organize this with the reception or via e-mail.

For any later check out in the afternoon, we take the right to charge 50 % of the room rate.

This also needs to get organized with the reception.

🧳 Is there a luggage storage service ?

We offer luggage storage on short term – few hours or long term – a day or week for all our guests.

This service is FREE of charge and you could organize this with the reception or at the check-in.

✈️ What are the Airport Transfer options?

From the airport there are 2 ways of transport:

Public – shuttle bus
– bus from airport to main bus station goes every half an hour
Timetable – HERE
– ticket is around 4 € per person
– it is a half an hour ride
– from the main bus station you could walk, take a tram or taxi to the apartments

Private – taxi
– we could help you organize a private ride for 1 person or bigger groups
– price starts from 25 €
